Guidance is needed

First of all i am terribly sorry to put my problem in English as my Dutch is too poor to put on paper to let be explained.I have problem with my teeths.i am alreasdy using a-Gebit for lower jaw.My Question is that is there any Gebit system to be placed in mouth for longer time(i mean not put in or take out everyday)Is that possibility exist how it work.I am not talking for Implantation but Artificial Prothesis(Gebit) only.Thanks in anticipation.well-wisher-Reincarnated
