Review from March 2024 - terrible experiences with this once excellent practice that continues to go downhill. Having been a patient for 15 years, last week was the last time I will go there. Long story short, the practice recommended that I get braces a few years back and fitted a permanent retainer once removed. Between the experiences with the braces and retainers, I spent a small fortune and had a different person every time I went to the practice giving different advice which made me question if any of the team knew what they were doing. I was told the permanent retainer should last a lifetime. The first one fell out after just over a year, went back, saw yet another person who went through the process of getting me the next retainer. An orthodontist that lacked expertise as well as basic communication skills was part of the process. The second retainer fell out after 6 weeks, went back last week to be told by yet another person that I should not even have a retainer. 6 weeks ago I paid 300 Euro for the retainer and was told it would last for years but I had a 6 month guarantee however my last advice was that I should not have a retainer due to overbite, no money back though and no accountability. Could you not have figured that out years ago and saved me hundreds of Euro and lots of time? Meneer Muris, you used to have a good honest practice with genuine patient-focused people that have now left. Unacceptable patient treatment and no accountability for your staff errors is now the approach and I will not be spending another penny at M3.

Na 23 jaar bij tandarts Muris te zijn geweest, blijk ik ineens een andere tandarts te hebben. Zonder overleg. Is dit op 'eigen initiatief van de 'receptionistes' of wat is dit? IK bepaa;l of ik een andere tandarts neem.
