Tandartspraktijk De Singel

Treatment was okay, everything else was not. I made an appointment end of last year that my girlfriend called off and cancelled. Beginning of this year I get an invoice from infomedics for 30 euros. I called infomedics and decided to object the invoice. They told me that tandartspraktijk de singel did not reach out or did anything so it went to incasso. The letter of incasso stated 70 euro. I called the incasso, they were able to see the objection I made but couldnt do anything because just like with infomedics the dentist did not answer. So I called them directly. 5 times in total and 2 emails. Multiple times on the phone I asked to get this fixed, they always said I will get a callback. Nothing happened. The last 2 times I asked for the manager. The assistant confirmed twice that the manager got the note to callback but it never happened. NO CALLBACK WHATSOEVER. They lost a valuable customer and I'll make sure to make it known to everyone I know.
