The dentist is ok, but the reception service attitude is very bad. We make an appointment to check my child's tooth but when we arrive at the dentist's reception, the reception woman said it was not possible to check the tooth because dentists are all busy. But, hey! We made the appointment already and received a reminder letter so we came. We asked the reception if dentists are all busy, why did you still send us the appointment reminder letter to us? And, she said “I don't know who sent you the reminder letter, but you CAN NOT check your tooth today. ?????! It sounds like that is our fault for coming? What a rude and bad attitude like that? This is the worst experience I have had seeing a dentist so far. In the end, we were forced to arrange another day to check the tooth of my kid. We wasted time on this unprofessional reception treat, we will never go to this dentist's clinic again.
