Mondzorg Compleet

The mond hygienist looked first my teeth and inform me that my gums were in very bad condition and the treatment would take 45 minutes. She stated that they would make recommendations during this treatment. Beside to this they offer to took 2 fotos later 2 more. I agreed, but I requested discount by delating control fee since many dentists do not charge a fee for a check-up if you take a photo for your teeth. They made a 26 euro discount and we agreed on a total price of around 200 euros. However, the process took 15 minutes (mond hygienist) and she did not make any recommendations. I sent e-mails and WhatsApp messages many times, they only explained to me that they deducted the control fee and I should not ask more discount. According to them, they spent in total 45 minutes with me. I surprised !!! Because she mentioned about my country, her country and about Holland, foods , cuisine… etc. I spent a time also with her . Hence, do I need to charge a fee to them? Long story to short, I didn’t ask for any more discounts . I asked why they charged 45 minutes for mond hygienist although it took 15 min!!! They also threatened me. If I continue with this issue, they have the right to add the control fee they deducted. Frankly, I have no words anymore. I'm just ashamed of myself for finding this clinic
